Hello API members! Flatstock 71 will be taking place at the Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago, July 19-21, 2019. This is an outdoor event. We will be located in tents along the Eastern end of Washington Ave., in Union Park, as usual.
Registration will open Sunday May 19th, at 2PM Central Standard Time. Registration is accessible to current API members only, and you must log in to register.
The registration fee for a 10’ x 10' tent space is $450. The booth fee includes tent, table, chairs, and plastic netting to display your work.
This year we have 44 10’ x 10' spaces. A limited number of doubles will be available to those who register and pay for 2 spaces first. Shared 10’ x 10' spaces are also available. If splitting a space, please indicate with whom, when you register.
PLEASE only register for Flatstock if you definitely plan on coming, and will be present in your tent for the full three days.
Registrations in excess of our 44 spaces will go on a wait list, in the order they are received.
You must have a festival pass or vendor credentials to enter the festival grounds and Flatstock.
Each 10’ x 10' single space includes vendor admission for TWO persons TOTAL (4 for a double), Friday-Saturday-Sunday. For shared single spaces each artist gets 1 pass. For you, only. Any other helpers need to buy a ticket.
Once you have registered you must return a signed contract, signed liability waiver, and payment no later than June 1st. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your space, and a happy surprise for someone on the wait list.
